Regular processing stages

Stage 1: Crushing--Crush big particles to small particles that can go on milling machine.Usually first through rough jaw crush,then fine jaw crusher or hammer crusher.

Stage 2: Milling--Grind particles to very small or powder.Usually use wet pan mill or ball mill.

Stage 3: Gravity separation or Flotation separation. If it is oxide gold ore,use gravity separation method. if it is sulphide gold ore,use flotation separation method or CIP method.

The gravity separation plant has the obvious advantages of lowest investment cost and fastest return compared with flotation plant and CIP plant.
